A year in Cadiz

As we come close to the end of the year, we’re in the mood for reminiscing about the great experiences our students have had this year in sunny Cadiz, Spain. Here’s a round-up of some of the feedback we’ve received from students and their parents. 

“I do feel my child’s language skills improved as a result of her trip. Her confidence in speaking the language, in particular, improved enormously. This was her first trip abroad alone and it was a wonderful growing experience for her generally.”

“My language skills have definitely improved because I feel like I can really have a conversation in Spanish properly without having to think too much about the words. The most fun I had was meeting new friends and going out in the evenings. I enjoyed everything about the trip.”

“All in all, Shane really enjoyed his experience in Cadiz. He enjoyed the classes and said his teacher was very nice. He learnt a lot of Spanish and is now more confident speaking the language. He spoke very highly of his host mother. She was excellent to him – a nice home, lovely food – nothing but good to say about her.”

“I found Stein Study very easy to deal with, the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful and the experience was really positive.  Aoife really enjoyed Cadiz, the family she stayed with were very welcoming and because they had very little English, all conversations were in Spanish which really improved her vocabulary etc. She liked the classes, there were small numbers so she learned more and a lot of it was discussion-based all through Spanish. Overall really positive, she’d go back!”
