We love hearing back from our students and their parents when they return from their study abroad trip. We had such great feedback about our La Rochelle courses in 2018 that we just have to share!

Here’s what they had to say:

The Parents

“Overall I found the whole experience extremely positive. Stein study literally organised everything and answered any queries I had. I also found the French school and staff to be particularly approachable and helpful. Josh was initially a bit nervous about going to La Rochelle but quickly settled into his accommodation and school life. He particularly enjoyed all the extra social activities. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending stein study and feel it’s a very good and worthwhile experience’.

Lisa

“Many thanks to all at Stein Study abroad. Lara(16), spent a month in La Rochelle with a wonderful host lady of whom she became very fond. La Rochelle is a fantastic location as not only is it beautiful but it is a very accessible city. The school was relatively easy to get to and she was very impressed with the lessons and all the teachers. She was kept busy so very little time to experience homesickness. All in all it was a wonderful experience for her, she was only sorry she hadn’t been brave enough to book for longer. Jane

The Students

“The experience was good overall there was a lot of activities to get involved in and the French classes were very helpful”.

Rosa

“Loved my time in La Rochelle! Recommend to anyone who loves the quiet historic towns with nice lifestyle and views. The teachers and staff were great and the soundest people I’ve met”.

Ailse

“I really enjoyed my time in La Rochelle! The school and the staff were great and I have greatly benefitted in terms of my language skills and confidence”.
